Our research will ensure that our psychometric instruments are fair and objective in the assessment of candidates and prevent unfair discrimination. You can opt not to provide this information to us, which will not affect in any way the assessment you are about to take.

As you use the Services, certain information may also be collected passively, including your Internet protocol (IP) address and the browser that you use to visit the Site. Employers will be able to see individual results, but not responses to individual questions. Often, employers will make the assessments optional to their employees, however. But that is out of our control. If you are a Member of RoundPegg through your employer's participation in one of our programs, then you employer will be able to see the results of your assessments. Group level data will be displayed to manager but that manager can also compare individuals to their group.
We may also disclose personal information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request, to any other third party with your prior consent to do so.
Access and Choices Regarding Personal Information
We have no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data our platform processes. Individuals who seek access to, or seek to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should review their account settings page or direct their query to the RoundPegg Client (the data controller). If the Client requests RoundPegg to remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30 business days.
Your Information Choices
Currently all profiles are automatically private unless you expressly accept a request from another user to share your information with them or unless you are a candidate and have applied for a job with a company who is doing business with RoundPegg with the express purpose of determining how well you fit their culture.
Out of respect for your privacy, you may choose to stop receiving our newsletter or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails, accessing the email preferences in your account settings page or you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When we delete information that we have collected from or about you, it will be deleted from our active databases but may remain in our archives as de-identifed data.
