A serial 'intra-preneur,' Brent has always found ways to create new ventures within existing companies. Brent founded Yahoo! Green and, alongside an amazing team, took it from conceptualization to launch in under 100-days. It remains the most popular environmental site online today.
It wasn't until failing brilliantly in his last job that Brent fully recognized the pain of being a misfit within a company. Nothing existed that would help him ensure that this didn't happen again if he were to continue working for 'the man.' Enter RoundPegg.
Brent graduated from Stanford's Graduate School of Business and, at least prior to having two kids, could usually be found road biking through the Colorado mountains.
Director of Sales
Blake is often times the first point of contact for Roundpegg's growing client base. He spreads the RoundPegg gospel by helping organizations understand the many benefits of well aligned cultures and the necessary steps to get there.
When Blake is not staring at a computer, sending emails or talking on the phone, he can usually be found in the Rockies fishing for trout or more likely, enjoying a craft beer from one of Colorado's fine breweries. It's also worth noting that he and his wife have a dog named FDR.
Culture Analytics & Account Management Lead
As RoundPegg's growing list of clients go, so goes Mark. Mark is a familiar face on the Pearl Street Walking Mall. He is an alumni of the University of Colorado at Boulder and stuck around to help grow Boulder as a tech hub.
Culture Analytics Manager
As RoundPegg's Culture Analytics Manager, Lauren helps her clients measure, manage and monitor their unique culture and accomplish their culture goals. In her prior positions in the online advertising world, Lauren managed display campaigns, measuring their success and ensuring happy clients through proven results.
A New England native, Lauren misses the ocean and Dunkin' Donuts but not the traffic or the weather. She moved to Boulder 4 years ago now considers herself a native. Lauren can usually be found shopping on Pearl St. or chasing after her preschooler and dogs at the park.
Assistant Marketing Manager
Our token Canadian in the office, Elise is a sucker for poutine, anything maple flavored and suffers from an unfortunate condition called “never-tan”. A recent graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Psychology, Elise serves as Assistant Marketing Manager at RoundPegg. Her unique voice spans across RoundPegg’s social media platforms, marketing campaigns, competitive strategies, and advertising efforts. She likes to think of herself as a “Jack of all trades” in the office, dabbling in everything from quantitative research to sales calls to conference and event planning.
She spends most of her free time snapping awesome pictures as a freelance concert and portrait photographer, making sarcastic comments, and hiking up Chautauqua with her dog Linus.
Prior to her position at RoundPegg, Elise has been involved in marketing, social media and Internet based internships since 2009. She has built considerable followings for multiple companies on various social media platforms, designed several successful business-wide marketing strategies and advertising campaigns, and has conceptualized and overseen promotions and giveaways for several notable corporations.
For over ten years, Derek has designed award-winning mobile apps and built custom websites for startups and organizations across the country.
At RoundPegg, Derek fills a unique role as the User Experience Developer. He uses his talents as a graphic designer and front-end developer to direct the user interface, interaction, and over all visual design of all aspects of RoundPegg.
Derek's a Colorado native who enjoys a healthy work/life balance. When he's not designing pixels and vectors, he can be found hanging out with his family or putting down laps at his local track.
When I’m not doing those things I’m probably partying with my .vimrc or .bashrc files. That party is the back of the mullet Derek told me to make. What’s funny is I'm actually sort of bald, but that’s ok because that means my ratio of party to business gets bigger as I get older.
Jayson cut his teeth at Qualcomm during the halcyon days of the tech bubble. Since then he's gone on to create amazing apps that make peoples' lives better at both Mobile Accord and RoundPegg.

Alejandro works really, really quickly. He creates new things at thrice the speed of the average human being.
He also enjoys cats. A lot.
Culture & Engagement Advocate
As a native Bostonian, Mike worked throughout college at a local Events start up company in the Portsmouth, NH area. This experience first exposed him to the close knit, 'all hands on deck' mentality of a start up, a culture against which he would continuously compare all future professional environments. After graduating he set out on an extended stint of international and domestic travel. He decided to trade the best coast for the West Coast and landed in sunny San Diego. From there he began working in the higher education corporate world, and then transferred to a brand new location in Denver, CO. After nearly three years with the organization, Mike continued to compare his company culture to that of his first employment back in New Hampshire. That said, Mike couldn't be more excited to take his talents to RoundPegg.
Having lived in Denver for over 2.5 years, Mike can be found in the high country pretty much every weekend, enjoying a slew of mountain like activities. When he isn't there he can be found at a local watering hole, listening to a wide array of music, or eating anything delicious.
